中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所拟招聘进站博士后科研人员1-2名，研究方向为遥感反演水文水环境参数或定量遥感理论问题。

招聘人员要求：

(1)具有良好的数理基础；

(2)有环境遥感专业背景；

(3)以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI学术论文至少1篇；

(4)拿到博士学位后不满三年，且年龄不满35岁；

(5)从事过环境遥感定量化研究者优先考虑；

(6)能使用script进行编程者优先考虑。

工作与待遇：

(1) 工资和津贴等按照中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所博士后管理条例执行；

(2) 博士后期间将参与有关国际合作研究，参加国内外学术会议；

(3) 参与中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所百人计划研究工作。

Two positions at the postdoctoral level are available at the Nanjing Institute of Geography and Limnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (index-eng/index-eng.htm). The selected candidates will contribute to the algorithm development of retrieval of limnological parameters or the quantitative analysis of issues in remote sensing, contribute to publications in refereed journals and present findings at national and international meetings. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in hydrology, limnological, environmental science, remote sensing or related discipline. Normally these positions are open only to applicants with at most three years since their PhDs. Expertise on script compiler and quantitative use of remote sensing data is desirable.
